Program Requirements

To ensure success and compliance, MLS has basic leasing requirements for all owner-operators and small fleets.

🔹 Equipment Types Accepted: We accept Dry Van, Reefer, Flatbed, Power-Only, and 26ft Box Trucks (with liftgate & pallet jack preferred).
🔹 DOT & MC Compliance: Drivers must meet FMCSA & DOT compliance standards and maintain an active Motive ELD for tracking Hours of Service (HOS).
🔹 Minimum Load Requirement: Carriers must run at least 3 loads per week to cover operating costs and remain active in the program.
🔹 Insurance: Auto Liability & Cargo Insurance is provided under MLS authority, with additional coverage options available if needed.
